1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns or offer replacements only for:
- Damaged items upon delivery
- Wrong item(s) delivered
- Defective or non-functional products
Returns must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
2. Items Not Eligible for Return
- Personalized or custom gift sets
- Perishable items (e.g., snacks or consumables)
- Items reported after the 24-hour window
3. Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 3–7 working days once the return is approved.
- Refunds are made through the original payment method or via M-Pesa.
