Returns & Refunds Policy

We aim to make every gifting experience smooth and satisfying. However, if something goes wrong, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns or offer replacements only for:

  • Damaged items upon delivery
  • Wrong item(s) delivered
  • Defective or non-functional products

Returns must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Personalized or custom gift sets
  • Perishable items (e.g., snacks or consumables)
  • Items reported after the 24-hour window

3. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 3–7 working days once the return is approved.
  • Refunds are made through the original payment method or via M-Pesa.
