- All prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Payments must be made in full before processing and delivery of orders.
- We accept M-Pesa, bank transfers, and other secure digital payment options.
3. Delivery
- Same-day delivery is available within Nairobi for orders placed before the cut-off time (typically 3:00 PM).
- Delivery outside Nairobi is available via courier partners and may take 1–3 working days depending on the location.
- Maya Gift Shop is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Returns & Refunds
- Due to the nature of personalized gift items, returns are only accepted for damaged or defective products.
- Customers must report any issues within 24 hours of receiving the item.
- Refunds or replacements will be issued at our discretion.
